TIAC is looking for an enthusiastic Talend Developer with a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in this field.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain ETL processes using Talend Data Integration.
· Design and implement data pipelines for integration, transformation, and loading of data from various sources.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshoot ETL issues.
· Optimize and enhance existing Talend workflows for performance and scalability.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes.
· Ensure data integrity and security in all integration processes.
Required technical skills:
· 2-4 years of experience in Talend Data Integration (Talend Open Studio, Talend Cloud, or similar).
· Proficiency in building ETL pipelines and data transformations.
· Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and writing SQL queries.
· Familiarity with data integration patterns and best practices.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Experience working in the Higher Education sector or with student information systems.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Experience with API integrations and web services (REST, SOAP).
· Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
